The Network Model

Infrastructure Without Taking Your Identity

Binnacle is built for independent contractors who want professional mitigation work without giving up the company they are building. You keep your business identity, customer relationship, and day-to-day field judgment.

Mitigation and restoration work runs through the Binnacle network under shared standards, equipment procedures, documentation templates, and brand requirements. Non-mitigation work can remain under your own brand.

Structure

Not a Franchise. Not Equity.

Network participation is governed by contractor agreements, equipment rental terms, brand usage rules, and operating standards. It does not create ownership in Binnacle or require you to operate as a franchise location.

The practical difference

Your company performs the work. Binnacle supplies the foundation: equipment access, network dispatch, templates, training, documentation systems, and quality expectations.

Network Support

What Contractors Gain

1

Professional Equipment Access

Use Binnacle-owned restoration equipment on a per-project basis, including drying, air filtration, moisture mapping, and specialty mitigation tools without buying the full fleet upfront.

2

Binnacle Co-Branding

Use approved Binnacle uniforms, templates, vehicle standards, and customer-facing materials for mitigation and restoration work while maintaining your own business identity.

3

Dispatch & Market Support

Receive network-sourced opportunities, storm surge activations, and referral support when Binnacle routes qualified mitigation work in your operating market.

4

Documentation Systems

Work from shared photo, moisture, equipment, invoice, and insurance documentation standards so jobs close with a cleaner claim record and less back-office friction.

5

Training & Standards

Operate under safety, certification, customer service, equipment care, and quality standards designed to help independent crews deliver consistent professional work.

6

Administrative Framework

Binnacle provides the operating framework: templates, compliance expectations, software access, fee structure, and closeout procedures. You focus on performing the work well.

Agreement Basics

Clear Expectations Before Work Starts

Every contractor relationship is documented before dispatch begins. The agreement defines the working relationship, covered mitigation and restoration work, equipment use, brand requirements, payment timing, insurance minimums, certifications, and performance standards.

The model is designed for transparency: contractors know the fees, standards, responsibilities, and termination terms before taking Binnacle network jobs.

Typical Fee Categories
